OUR DESIGN PROCESS

After many years of creating projects for clients, we've established the following cyclical design process (see attached) that best outlines how we make stuff.

DESIGN PROCESS

What does this mean? Well, we realize that the creative process is not linear and is actually recursive in form and function. We've defined our creative process with the following steps; Discover, Define, Design, Present, Improve and Fulfill. We're always striving to get to the next step in the process. However, we realize, that at any point, we might need to circle back in order to insure the final product exceeds our customers expectations. Here's a little more detail for each of our steps.

Discover:
Initial Client Discovery
Kick-off Meeting

Define:

Define Specific Project Needs

Design:

MEETINGS

We understand the importance of interacting with customers at regular intervals. For the same, we, typically, include the following meetings as part of our client review schedule, depending on the duration of the project:

Project Kickoff Meeting: Initial Client Discovery.

Weekly Status Meetings: This meeting is typically conducted through a teleconference and email ?check list?

Impromptu Meetings: These are exception-based meetings, resulting out of any situation that was unforeseen during the start of the project, and can be initiated by either party anytime during the course of the project.

Post-project Wind-up Meeting: This is used to reconcile all the milestones of the project, project wind-up, and share feedback to improve further.
